Crispy Chicken Balls

Here is the easiest recipe of crispy chicken balls especially for beginners and students. You can easily make them at home and can also put them in a box and freeze them for later use. Whenever you want to eat or want to serve your guests just deep fry them.

INGREDIENTS:

  •  Boneless Chicken
  •  Mayonnaise
  •  Salt
  •  Black pepper
  •  Bread
  •  Bread crumbs

Method of making crispy chicken balls:

Take a saucepan and add enough water in it. Add boneless chicken and boil it until it becomes cooked inside. Now take out the boiled chicken and let it cool down. After 20 to 30 minutes start shredding your boiled chicken into small pieces with hands or a knife in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, salt, black pepper in it and mix well. Your chicken mixture is ready.

Now take a cutting board and put bread slices and very carefully cut them into equally four pieces. Take cold water in a bowl and just dip the cut piece of bread in a water bowl for 2,3 seconds. Make sure that you have to dip the piece from both sides. Now put this piece in your hand palm and press it with your other hand for 2 to 3 times so that all the extra water in the bread piece will be poured.

Now you will see that your bread piece is in thin form. Take a half teaspoon of your chicken mixture and put it in the middle of the bread piece. Now one by one close the corners of bread and make a perfect ball with your hands. Make sure that the mixture you put in the middle should not be coming outside of the ball. Now just put this ball in bread crumbs.

Take enough oil in a deep frying pan. When it becomes hot enough add chicken balls one by one and fry them until they become golden brown.

1st Tip: you can also add cheese in it for better taste
2nd Tip: remember don’t court it with egg.
3rd Tip: don’t put them in cold oil. When you see oil bubbles coming upward it’s mean your oil is ready for frying.
